CONCERTO Windows are covered against material or workmanship defects. Any part deemed defective will be replaced. Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer and window type.
Submit your warranty claim directly to your CONCERTO Windows retailer. Make sure to include either your warranty certificate or the original purchase invoice.
Make sure you have the purchase date and retailer name, as indicated on your contract, invoice, or warranty certificate.
